Is money a key to the happiness?

I saw a sentence from a magazine.
I forget the whole sentence but I can remember the meaning of the sentence.
It means:Money is not the key to happiness, but money is the easiest way to find the key.
i agree with it. Money can make people happy easily.
Nobody can live without money.We need money.
Do you agree it?.?

I don't think money is required in order to be happy.
Actually, I can write a whole essay to take about it...

For example, people use money to build up the relationship, like owning something for gift. Why?
Also, why do people pay for the insurance, and why do people contribute money to others?

i would agree, only to a certain extend
money can make a person happy easier but definitely NOT the easiest
i mean, wouldn't a person be shallow if all he/she needs is money?

if we don't have money, we are not happy.....

I agree with the statement that money is A key to happiness. In the world we live in today, money is needed for almost everything. You require money for your daily needs, such as a shelter, nutrition, and hygiene. Without money, you will most likely end up being a homeless on the street. Therefore, money should be the basic to acquire happiness. Since you will be miserable without money at all, that does not mean money can make ANYONE happy. Money can easily make SOMEONE happy. For example, the poor would have a better life with money, and so they would be happier. Or the children in Africa, if they had money, they would have food and shelter, and so they would also be happier. But money cannot buy everything, if someone just lost a dear loved one, such as a parent or a spouse, they might not be happy if you gave them a million dollars, because money cannot buy their loved one back. Due to the fact that money cannot do everything, but at the same time it's very difficult to live without money, it can be a key to happiness for most, but not for everyone.

if we had no money, we will be poor, if we are poor, we will have no food to eat,
if we had no food to eat, we will die haha...
that's why we need money to live happily.
BUT some people are rich but they are not happy because they had no friends, they are lonely.
Money can be a way to happiness but may be not, depending on what you use the money on.
If you use the money on charity purpose, you will be happy.

I think money can only to but things that you like.
What things to make happier?
I think it is the things that you buy , so I think that money cannot make us happier.
Also, I think only have many friends and jokes can make me happier.

No, I don't argree. I think money is not the only way to make people happier. There are many ways to make people happier. Just like jokes, some small things which happen in your life. These things can also make people happy. Moreover, Money cannot buy everythings. Money cannot buy health, friendship, love etc.

because  money  can  give us hopeless.
if we a poor . we must feel sad .  because   money  buy something for us  or  friends

I think it is not a key to happiness to me
But the answer is different for everyone
Because it depends on how you define happiness
Some people may think being healthy makes them happy
Some may think being very wealthy can lead them to happiness
So, I think my key to happiness is to make my dream come true!

because money can buy any value product which is not time or life.

To a certain extent, I think it is.
At least we need it for creature comforts.
